Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
At 911MYWEB, we are dedicated to providing exceptional website design and development services. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations while maintaining a clear, professional, and reasonable approach to client satisfaction. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, the following terms apply to our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Clear Project Scope
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the scope of work explicitly outlined in the approved project proposal, quote, or contract.
Any requests for additional features, changes, or deliverables outside the agreed-upon scope will be considered a separate project and may incur additional charges. - Revision Policy
During the design and development process, clients may request up to [3] rounds of revisions to ensure the final product aligns with their vision.
Revisions must be based on the original project scope and provided within [7] days of receiving the deliverable.
Excessive or repetitive revision requests beyond the agreed rounds or requiring more than 20% of the deliverable to be reworked will be billed under a separate agreement at an estimated $150/hourly rate . - Performance and Functionality
We guarantee that the final product will meet the agreed-upon specifications, functionality, and performance standards as outlined in the project proposal.
Any technical issues or bugs resulting from errors on our part will be corrected free of charge within [5] business days of being reported.
This guarantee does not cover issues caused by:
Third-party interference.
Changes made by the client or another developer after delivery.
External factors outside our control (e.g., hosting provider outages, third-party plugin updates). - Final Acceptance and Refund Policy
Upon project completion, clients will have a 7-day review period to ensure the deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope. Concerns must be communicated in writing within this period.
If, despite our best efforts, the deliverables do not meet the agreed standards, we will work to address the issue. In rare cases where resolution is not possible:
Partial refunds may be considered only if the dissatisfaction is directly related to our inability to meet the project scope.
Refund requests must include specific reasons and be submitted in writing within 7 days of project delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal preferences) after the work has been completed according to the agreed scope and revisions.
Any refund approved to honor the client’s satisfaction will be issued within 15 days of final approval. - Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals during the project lifecycle. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments or additional charges.
This guarantee does not cover delays or issues caused by:
Failure to provide necessary materials or information.
Unresponsiveness during critical stages.
Changes to the project scope after initial approval. - Misuse of Guarantee
This guarantee is intended to ensure fairness and mutual satisfaction. Misuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee may result in the termination of the agreement and forfeiture of any refunds.
Examples of misuse include but are not limited to:
Requesting repeated revisions beyond the agreed scope without cause.
Claiming dissatisfaction after deliverables have been approved.
Withholding payment or attempting to claim a refund without legitimate reasons.
911MYWEB reserves the right to determine what constitutes misuse of this policy. - Terms Of Service
Clients acknowledge and agree that by reviewing this policy, in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of 911MYWEB, both the policy and the Terms and Conditions are mutually binding and collectively form an integral part of the Terms of Service.
